Employee Experience Lead Strategy Analyst
Tiger is working with a leading Fortune 500 financial services company. They are currently looking for an Employee Experience Lead Strategy Analyst who has a deep understanding of the employee lifecycle, and bridges insights, business strategy, and data analytics to execute and continuously advance the overall employee experience. You will have the opportunity to partner with senior leaders across the company.
Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of employee experience strategy, initiating and utilizing external and internal insights.
Monitor the employee journey, ensuring that each touchpoint – from onboarding to exit – positively supports the workforce.
Analyze key trends in areas such as employee engagement and recognition programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, business goals, and the evolving needs.
Design and manage initiatives to recognize and celebrate employee achievements regularly.
Collect quantitative and qualitative data and develop metrics and dashboards.
Partner with the communications team to create messaging that engages and informs employees.
Cross-functionally engage with the Recruiting, Marketing, Communications, and Social Impact teams.
Develop and manage budgets for employee experience initiatives.
Qualifications
7-10 years of experience
Proven track record of successful culture and engagement program implementation
Strong analytical abilities to measure program effectiveness
Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and executive stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
