Provide primary medical management in collaboration with physician partners Conduct physical exams, assessments, and diagnostic testing Create and implement individualized care plans Manage chronic conditions and episodic illness Educate patients on disease prevention and self‑management Initiate referrals and coordinate care with specialists Support students and participate in team and departmental meetings What You Will Bring
