Job Description Location:
Bohemia, NY
Hours:
Monday – Friday
Organization:
New York Cancer and Blood Specialists
In This Role, You Will
Establish, implement, and revise patient and disease‑centered care plans
Inventory the patient’s physical, mental, cognitive, psychosocial, functional, and environmental determinants of health
Create comprehensive care plans based on the patient's health
Lead LPNs and MAs in the implementation of a written plan of care
Utilize standing protocols to initiate therapeutic measures and call for crisis intervention when appropriate
We Require
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and have an unencumbered New York license
Demonstrated clinical competence through nursing experience
Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills
Good computer knowledge
Ability to plan, organize, develop, and interpret health data, goals, and objectives necessary for providing quality coordination of care
Bi‑Lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
HemOnc experience preferred

Salary: Starting at $48/hr based on experience and education
