Senior Project Manager – Data Center
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data center projects. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, particularly in industrial and mission‑critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage data center construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, operations, and procurement to ensure project alignment.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data center construction and operation.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project specifications are met.
Manage project documentation and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management with a focus on data center or industrial projects.
Proven experience managing large‑scale, mission‑critical, or hyperscale projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and best practices related to data centers.
Familiarity with Meta and AWS standards and requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel as required for project oversight and client meetings.
