Company Overview Tiello is partnered with a highly regarded owner‑builder based in Santa Ana, CA, in their search for a Senior Project Manager (Hotel Construction) to support both ground‑up and renovation hotel construction projects ranging in value up to $50 M.

Role Summary The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the hotel/hospitality construction industry and will be responsible for leading successful ground‑up and renovation hotel projects.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and direct all aspects of construction projects and the project team.

Perform cost estimating, budgeting, and project forecasting.

Responsible for schedules, change orders, billings, and monthly status reports.

Manage project teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

Ensure that the work is in compliance with city or county requirements and building codes.

Communicate with the project team on key building information.

Accountable for key project details and completion leading to client satisfaction.

Qualifications / Requirements

5+ years as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager managing projects for a reputable general contractor, developer, or owner‑builder.

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering (preferred).

Experience working on ground‑up and renovation hotel, hospitality, and restaurant construction projects.

Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, and labor reports.
