Qualifications
Team leadership, employee supervision, and ability to build and motivate a team
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Experience in operational management, including inventory control and compliance
Problem‑solving skills and ability to make effective business decisions
Proficiency in time management and attention to detail
Prior restaurant or retail management experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education in business management or related field is a plus
