Residential Plumbing Sales Consultant
with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, you’ll provide top-quality plumbing guidance, service recommendations, and solutions, always treating customers with the utmost respect and attention. This role includes on-the-job training, shadowing, and continuous learning while following workplace procedures and safety guidelines. Base Pay Range
$95,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Compensation & Stability

Meet with homeowners to understand their plumbing needs and provide customized solutions. Professionally present detailed service proposals, product options, and financing plans. Deliver a superior customer experience from the first consultation through project completion. Collaborate with plumbing technicians and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals while maintaining the highest standards of integrity. Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options to customers. Build trust and long‑term relationships through exceptional customer service. Upsell and cross‑sell additional services that benefit the customer. Maintain accurate documentation of work, recommendations, and customer interactions in ServiceTitan. Ensure all work meets safety standards, company policies, and local plumbing codes. What It Takes to Succeed
5+ years of residential plumbing sales service experience. Strong customer service and sales skills with the ability to meet KPIs. Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Professionalism, reliability, and dedication to safety.
