Pay Range Base pay: $24.00/hr - $29.00/hr (Actual pay determined by skill and experience).
Responsibilities
Assist with day‑to‑day functions of the audiovisual office per company policies.
Set up, operate, and strike all audiovisual equipment for client events.
Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and hotel accounts.
Contribute to effective day‑to‑day operations according to company procedures.
Continuously improve audiovisual skills and knowledge.
Maintain positive public relations with hotel accounts.
Demonstrate professional appearance, demeanor, ethics, and image of self.
Utilize company business software effectively.
Plan ahead, manage multiple projects, and analyze problems to find solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum one year of experience in the AV industry.
Advances knowledge and experience with AV set‑ups and strikes.
Background in customer service or hospitality.
Certification in AV technology or related courses (preferred).
Proficient with audio (microphones, speakers, mixers), video (projectors, monitors), lighting (gels, uplighting), and computer software (PC and Mac).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work long hours on feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle a varied schedule.
Authorized to work in the United States.
