Responsibilities
Develop and execute a bold, comprehensive strategy to accelerate global growth.
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, driving profitability and operational excellence.
Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, retailers, influencers, and regulatory bodies.
Champion continuous improvement to enhance differentiation, speed, and customer loyalty.
Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and quality requirements.
Qualifications
Proven success as a VP, GM, or senior executive in the supplements, food, or consumer products industry.
10+ years of senior management experience with a track record of P&L ownership and business growth.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Results-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about making a difference.
Expertise in international business development, commercialization, and strategic planning.
Knowledge of global regulatory standards and compliance.
Hybrid work arrangement based at NSF Headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI.
