Your Role The Technical Delivery Manager will report to the IT Director, Solution & Delivery Lead and will ensure successful delivery of engineering outcomes across platform or technology product teams. The manager will coordinate technical scope, timelines, and team velocity, fostering high‑performing teams and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

Oversee delivery execution from planning through release.

Manage resources including team capacity planning and performance evaluations.

Own end‑to‑end delivery status, ensuring transparency and timely updates across stakeholders.

Collaborate with external vendors and internal product and engineering leads to coordinate delivery.

Scope, prioritize, and sequence work with Product and Engineering Leads.

Remove blockers and keep delivery aligned with roadmaps and business outcomes.

Monitor KPIs and delivery metrics; recommend adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 7 years in technical delivery, engineering program management, or related experience, including 3 years of management experience.

Strong understanding of Agile delivery models and backlog management.

Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and interact with all levels of management.

Knowledge of basic management approaches such as scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, risk management, and delegation.

Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills.

Desired: AI/ML concepts and tools experience.

Desired: Process improvement or project management expertise.

Our Workplace Model

Hybrid (Default): Work from a business‑unit–approved office at least twice per month (for roles below Director‑level) or once per week (for Director‑level roles and above). Exceptions: Member‑facing and approved out‑of‑state roles remain remote.

Employees living more than 50 miles from their assigned offices are expected to work with their managers on a plan for periodic office visits.

On‑Site: Work from a business‑unit‑approved office an average of four (4) or more days a week.

Physical Requirements Office environment; roles involve part‑to‑full‑time schedule. Primary activity level: sedentary, majority of workday spent at desk.
