What You’ll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for our fully remote team, providing empathetic technical support across macOS, Windows, Linux, and mobile devices.
Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding processes across multiple systems while partnering with HR, Security, and Operations.
Maintain and improve IT infrastructure, manage user access, and oversee company hardware and software.
Automate IT workflows, optimize configurations, and integrate tools to improve operational efficiency.
Enforce security policies, manage permissions, and protect company data against cyber threats and compliance risks.
Contribute to IT strategy and roadmap planning, evaluating new technologies to support growth and scalability.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost‑effective and strategic IT solutions.
Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and SOPs to support IT operations and empower self‑service.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in user support and IT administration, ideally in a remote‑first or startup environment.
Deep expertise in macOS support with working knowledge of Windows and Linux.
Hands‑on experience with device and identity management tools such as Jamf, Kandji, JumpCloud, and Microsoft Intune.
Proficiency in Google Workspace administration and software access management.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive IT initiatives forward.
A collaborative mindset and passion for building exceptional technology experiences.
