Base pay range $110,000/year - $140,000/year
Primary Responsibilities
Accurate and timely preparation of assigned Individual Income Tax Returns, Fiduciary Income Tax Returns, Income Tax Information Letters, and Quarterly Estimated Tax Payments for assigned Individuals and Trusts.
Develop and maintain strong familiarity with in‑house and vendor systems (Onesource trust–tax, CCH Axcess, FIS Global Plus) for tax return production.
Maintain efficient workflow and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changes in procedures.
Follow established policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Federal and State tax law.
Furnish technical knowledge, advice, and consultation across the organization and to clients through effective verbal and written communication.
Required Skills and Characteristics
Minimum 5 years of tax preparation experience in a high‑net‑worth client environment.
Strong knowledge of tax law, compliance, and experience in tax preparation software.
A commitment to organization and meeting immovable deadlines.
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Highly motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently under minimal supervision with attention to detail and accuracy.
