This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visual Merchandising Team Lead at Crate & Barrel's Denver, CO location. The Team Lead will be responsible for executing visual merchandising strategies to enhance store presentations and customer experiences. They will collaborate with the store team to implement seasonal product displays, maintain the aesthetic standards of merchandise, and help maximize sales. In this leadership role, the Visual Merchandising Team Lead will also guide team members, offer support, and ensure the company’s brand standards and goals are met on the sales floor. Qualifications
Strong Communication skills with the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with team members. Experience in Retail Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Customer Service and Customer Experience skills with a focus on fostering lasting relationships and delivering exceptional service. Leadership abilities, including supervising, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve goals. Previous visual merchandising experience is a plus. Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in merchandising, design, or a related field is preferred.
