VP Finance
Base pay range: $210,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr
Compensation: $210,000 - $250,000 + Bonus
Location: Diamond Bar, CA 91765
Our Services client is searching for a strong VP of Finance to join their team. This individual will be the right hand to the CFO and be a key business partner to other C‑Suite Executives and Divisional Leaders. Their ideal candidate must have progressive FP&A experience and currently be in a strong leadership position.
Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support long‑term organizational goals.
Lead annual budgeting processes and provide continuous performance analysis against targets.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of financial statements with regulatory requirements.
Manage cash flow, capital planning, and liquidity to support operational needs.
Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team and board of directors.
Develop and optimize internal controls, financial policies, and risk‑management processes.
Recommend and implement enhancements to this best‑in‑class FP&A function and department providing long‑term scalability for future growth.
Partner with Regional Operations teams to produce monthly reporting packages and related operational drivers that enhance visibility in performance of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and KPIs.
Proactively look for ways to improve the accuracy and speed of processes including the implementation of new tools and systems.
Develop, mentor, and hire as you continue to build a strong Finance team.
Drive budget accuracy, forecasting completeness, and updating of annual operating plan.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related degree, MBA preferred.
10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
Large Company experience is required.
