Amazon Marketplaces Specialist

Satechi . Satechi is looking for a motivated Amazon Marketplace Specialist to help manage our North America marketplaces. Based in sunny San Diego, we are a customer‑obsessed design and manufacturing powerhouse dedicated to creating innovative tech accessories that empower a Life Made Easy. You will work closely with our digital marketing department to develop, manage and grow our sales in assigned markets. This is a hybrid role in San Diego, CA.
What you will be doing:
Manage assigned Amazon Marketplace: Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to identify trends and make actionable recommendations.
Partner with the digital marketing team for tracking and optimizing ad campaigns by exploring ways to improve the reporting process.
Manage and update weekly and monthly tracking reports for sales, products, and returns review.
Analyze campaigns to identify areas of improvement and communicate insights to the manager.
Implement new strategies to increase customer loyalty.
Create and maintain a calendar of key holidays to implement different sales strategies.
Create new listing products and launch strategies for each responsible channel.
Update, revise, and improve Amazon listings.
Coordinate and work with different teams to improve workflow and channel performance.
Provide customer service: answer questions, resolve tech issues, give recommendations, and process replacements or refunds when needed.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience.
Helium 10 experience (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong interest in data and analytics with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and a dedicated team player.
Positive attitude with flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment.
