Join to apply for the Amazon Marketplaces Specialist role at Satechi. Satechi is looking for a motivated Amazon Marketplace Specialist to help manage our North America marketplaces. Based in sunny San Diego, we are a customer‑obsessed design and manufacturing powerhouse dedicated to creating innovative tech accessories that empower a Life Made Easy. You will work closely with our digital marketing department to develop, manage and grow our sales in assigned markets. This is a hybrid role in San Diego, CA.

What you will be doing:

• Manage assigned Amazon Marketplace: Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to identify trends and make actionable recommendations.
• Partner with the digital marketing team for tracking and optimizing ad campaigns by exploring ways to improve the reporting process.
• Manage and update weekly and monthly tracking reports for sales, products, and returns review.
• Analyze campaigns to identify areas of improvement and communicate insights to the manager.
• Implement new strategies to increase customer loyalty.
• Create and maintain a calendar of key holidays to implement different sales strategies.
• Create new listing products and launch strategies for each responsible channel.
• Update, revise, and improve Amazon listings.
• Coordinate and work with different teams to improve workflow and channel performance.
• Provide customer service: answer questions, resolve tech issues, give recommendations, and process replacements or refunds when needed.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience.
• Helium 10 experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interest in data and analytics with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and a dedicated team player.
• Positive attitude with flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $27‑$30 per hour, based on your knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per relevant state and local pay transparency laws.
