Base Compensation Bases at $150K for attorneys with 2 years’ experience; up to $220K–$250K for senior attorneys with extensive litigation or trial background.
Commissions
Substantial percentage of attorney’s fees on resolved cases.
Top performers currently earning $400K+ annually.
Qualifications
2–15+ years of plaintiff‑side personal injury litigation experience.
Strong experience with case management, client interaction, depositions, and trial preparation.
Trial experience highly valued and rewarded financially.
Admitted in California and ready to work onsite in Orange County.
Driven, detail‑oriented, and passionate about delivering results for clients.
