Akkodis is seeking an

Associate Product Manager

for a

Contract

with a client in

San Jose, CA . You will drive large-scale enterprise data migration initiatives and ensure seamless execution across global environments.

Rate Range:

$64/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Associate Product Manager job responsibilities include:

Lead global, large-scale enterprise data migration initiatives, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, gathering requirements and driving Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Develop and communicate migration strategies and plans, advocating solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Manage risks, resolve conflicts, and facilitate issue resolution, ensuring smooth project delivery.

Motivate and influence teams without direct authority, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Provide clear documentation and reporting for executive leadership and customer communication.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (master’s preferred).

7–10 years of product management experience, preferably with global, large-scale enterprise data migrations.

Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience in advocating programs and resolving conflicts.

Pay Details:

$64.00 to $68.00 per hour
