Job Description
Join Airtable as a Technical Sourcer (Contract) and help build a world‑class recruiting practice for our engineering teams. Airtable is a no‑code app platform used by over 500,000 organizations, including 80% of the Fortune 100, to accelerate their most critical business processes.
What You’ll Do
Design creative top‑of‑funnel strategies and build trusted partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers.
Generate and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, flexing between high‑volume pipelines and niche specialist roles.
Use talent maps, data, and funnel metrics to inform your sourcing strategy and proactively identify bottlenecks.
Pitch passive talent on the Airtable opportunity through tailored, creative messaging and conversation.
Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring passionate and unbiased consideration for candidates from all backgrounds.
Organize recruiting initiatives to generate leads (referral drives, nurture campaigns, events) and build processes to scale passive talent engagement.
Who You Are
4+ years of experience in technical sourcing, specifically building high‑volume pipelines for software engineering.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive self‑starter comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Experienced with sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn, Gem, and Greenhouse; excited by new technologies that super‑power your workflow.
Results‑oriented, eager to get things done thoughtfully and strategically.
Data‑oriented with a strong attention to detail, able to pull data and metrics and tell the story behind them.
Team‑oriented, caring about organizational goals and enabling others to do their best work.
Insatiably curious, a lifelong learner who constantly seeks to improve your craft and learn all you can about the company, teams, market, and recruiting.
What We Offer
Duration: 6 months
Start date: ASAP
Work schedule: 40 hrs per week
Location: San Francisco, CA or Remote (United States)
Hourly rate: $60 – $80 USD (location and experience dependent)
