Job Overview
Lead and manage daily operations of a Domino's store, ensuring delivery service, store readiness, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of delivery drivers and customer service representatives to expedite orders quickly and accurately.
Responsible for end-of-night bank deposits and nightly product inventory counts.
Ensure the store is prepared at opening and maintains Domino’s Operation Evaluation Review standards.
Oversee total store operations and communicate with other managers concerning business operations.
Calculate product and ingredient needs for bi-weekly commissary and beverage deliveries.
Actively train the GMIT on all aspects of store operations.
Maintain staffing levels and create employee schedules based on labor needs.
Collect money and signed credit card receipts from delivery drivers at shift end.
Resolve disputes and ensure every unhappy customer becomes a returning customer.
Ensure delivery vehicles pass mechanical and visual inspections.
Assist routing delivery drivers to maximize service while meeting Domino’s on-time delivery standards.
Read and understand P&L ledger.
Uphold Domino's grooming, uniform, and appearance standards.
Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
Cross-train for product preparation, closing/opening procedures, operating pizza oven, and boxing for delivery or carryout.
Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers over phone and in person.
Communicate clearly in writing and use a computer-based order entry system effectively.
Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
Qualifications
Experience managing a team in a fast-paced delivery and retail environment.
Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
Excellent communication and dispute resolution abilities.
Proficiency in operating a computer-based order entry system.
Understanding of P&L and financial ledger concepts.
