Job Description General Managers oversee every aspect of store operations. From cost control and inventory to customer relations and staff performance, you will guide the team to achieve profitability while upholding the brand’s standards. Responsibilities
Manage all shift operations, ensuring cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations are maintained.
Set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from the crew.
Handle staffing, paperwork, scheduling, marketing, profitability, and store cleanliness.
Maintain perfect images and adherence to standards while delivering excellent customer service.
Ensure attendance, punctuality, and transportation to/from work are consistent.
Qualifications
Leadership experience in retail or food service preferred.
Strong judgment, math, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Proficient with taking orders over the phone and on a computer or touchscreen.
Capable of entering orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
Motor coordination and precision in hand movements.
Essential Functions / Skills
Make correct monetary change and maintain accurate cash records.
Communicate orders verbally with customers and co‑workers.
Use motor coordination to perform precise movements quickly.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying temperatures, weather conditions, and fumes from food odors.
Work in both indoor and outdoor areas; may involve walking, standing, and carrying items up to 50 pounds.
Use of equipment such as ovens, touch screens, and computers; may involve hot surfaces and sharp edges.
Physical Demands
Standing for most tasks.
Walking for short distances.
Carrying and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Climbing stairs or ladders when necessary.
Reaching above 72" to operate equipment.
Driving / Delivery Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
Navigate adverse terrain and multiple flights of stairs during delivery.
