General Manager – Domino's Pizza

Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for everything that happens during your shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
Follow all policies and procedures 100% and expect the same from your crew.
Lead a team toward outstanding goals: sell more pizzas, have more fun.
Staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.
Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers.
Analyze and compile data, make sound, ethical judgments and decisions timely.
Enthusiastic customer greeting and positive personality – taking orders and fielding customer concerns with a smile.
Operate, clean and maintain all store facilities and equipment.
Prepare products to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
Take inventory, stock ingredients, and complete associated paperwork.
Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Navigate using a map, locate addresses within the delivery area, and handle diverse terrain while carrying product.
Make accurate calculations for monetary change.
Use a computer keyboard, touch screen and foot‑paddle comfortably.
Physical Requirements
Stand for the majority of the shift; work from a standing position.
Walking surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum; working surfaces are between 36" and 42".
Unload bulk product deliveries (up to 50 lbs) two to three times per week; lift or stack supplies.
Occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend or use stairs while performing tasks.
Hand‑eye coordination required for shaping dough, maneuvering pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard boxes.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must pass a criminal background check.
