Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Dentist, located in Plano, TX. As a General Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating oral health issues, performing routine dental procedures, creating treatment plans, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices. You will work closely with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and maintain high standards of clinical excellence. Additionally, cultivating strong patient relationships and contributing to a positive practice atmosphere will be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
Proficiency in routine and advanced dental procedures, including but not limited to cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals, and extractions
Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to create comprehensive treatment plans
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with patients
Commitment to patient education and promoting best practices in oral health care
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
Experience handling various dental technologies and tools to ensure efficiency
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
Active dental license for the state of Texas
Commitment to continuing education and staying updated on advancements in dental practices and technology
