Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Supply Chain Programs 3 to join the GSC Program Management organization in locations including San Diego, El Segundo, and Palmdale, California. This 100% onsite role focuses on developing and executing global supply chain (GSC) strategies to support program objectives, emphasizing affordability, operational efficiency, safety, and first-time quality. Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of direct reports, providing functional management and day‑to‑day guidance. Establish and maintain the strategic vision for financial management—labor and material—of the GSC organization. Provide EV / CAM guidance to GSC Operating Unit (OU) Program Managers. Handle OU and Business Unit (BU) non‑labor sales and forecasting. Drive processes and activities within supply‑chain operations to support the annual operating plan across the sector. Support GSC and business management leadership in developing a rigorous annual operating plan process, including training and mentoring of GSC support staff. Help develop monthly forecasts for material sales in coordination with Operating Unit GSC Program Managers. Conduct variance analysis of submitted forecasts. Oversee material and IWO delivery schedules, supplier commitments, risks, and opportunities. Oversee key subcontractor and IWO partner cost performance. Prepare for and support monthly Pre‑Close reviews, EAC reviews, material sales reviews, and GSC portfolio reviews. Support associated data collection and submission as needed. Analyze large amounts of data, communicate effectively, and influence all levels of the organization. Basic Qualifications

Master’s degree with 5 years of experience in business management, project management, program management, global supply chain, finance, or related functions; or a bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience. Experience with subcontractor financial performance. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and SAP. Program cost and/or schedule experience, CAM experience. Current active DoD Secret clearance. Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance and Program Special Access within a reasonable time. Preferred Qualifications

Ability to work as an integral member of the Global Supply team to achieve global supply chain, program, or sector objectives while maintaining compliance at all stages of the acquisition process. Experience developing non‑labor sales financial forecasts and integrating them into larger program financial plans. Strong organizational skills. Ability to prepare and present executive‑level presentations. Proven track record building and leading a robust team, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention. Experience with SAP requirements, specifically Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution (GPD). Current active DoD Top Secret clearance. Current Program Access. Salary and Benefits

Primary Level Salary Range: $175,400.00 – $263,200.00. Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and long‑term incentives.
