Job Description:
The Store Manager oversees day‑to‑day operations of the Hollister store in Meadowood Mall, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer experience, and leading and developing a high‑performing team. This role combines business strategy, operations, creative merchandising, and people management, with the opportunity for internal growth.
What You’ll Do
Customer experience and store presentation
Drive sales and oversee omni‑channel fulfillment
Manage store and stockroom operations
Staffing, scheduling, and payroll management
Training and development of associates
Communication and asset protection
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role
Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, challenging environment
Team building and self‑starter initiative
Strong communication, adaptability, and flexibility
Fashion interest and knowledge
Drive to achieve results and multi‑tasking ability
