KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Forensic Technology to join our Advisory Services practice.
Responsibilities
Advise and support clients in the delivery of end‑to‑end eDiscovery work streams with an emphasis on review analytics such as active learning and other TAR workflows; advise on the best practices, processes and procedures for the processing, culling in robust eDiscovery platforms like Nuix, Reveal and Relativity and migration of ESI into eDiscovery review platform Relativity
Provide presentations, demonstrations and training of KPMG’s products and services to prospective clients as well as offer recommendations for effective project management, help determine and implement the appropriate workflow and services for an eDiscovery project, respond to request for proposals and generate budget estimates
Develop proficiency in and utilize the various tools available to KPMG for collection, data processing, hosting and production during the life cycles of an eDiscovery project for clients
Maintain regular contact with and manage expectations of clients to help ensure client satisfaction and report project progress as necessary, both internally and externally
Consult with clients on document review and production workflows using Relativity and other eDiscovery tools/solutions
Coordinate interdepartmental resources to help ensure completion of projects on schedule and identify processes and quality improvements as an ongoing process, as well as part of a post‑project analysis
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications
Minimum three years of recent experience working on the evidence discovery management processes
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent related work experience; preferred certifications include Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Relativity Review Specialist (RRS), Nuix Certifications, and Reveal BrainSpace
Basic and/or advanced knowledge in Nuix, Relativity/RelativityOne, Reveal, Brainspace, SQL, Python, Storage management/Infrastructure Management and any other eDiscovery platforms/tools
Familiarity with the litigation discovery process and experience with various eDiscovery processes and technologies and large‑scale document review and production
Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with various levels of management; experience using litigation support applications and/or forensic collection tools; exceptional client service and follow‑up skills
Ability to travel as needed
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
