Role Responsibilities
Contact and convert new customers while building a long term book of business
Develop systems for prospecting, qualifying, and pipeline management
Sell and close new shippers through structured outreach, proposals, presentations, and follow up
Partner with transportation brokers to increase load volume from new customers
Maintain accurate CRM usage in Salesforce
Travel as needed, typically 15%
Desired Qualifications
3+ years of non asset based truckload transportation sales experience
Truck transportation industry experience is mandatory
Experience with Dry Van, Reefer, or Flatbed freight preferred
Strong communication, problem solving, and relationship skills
Technology proficient, including CRM platforms
Salary & Schedule Information
Onsite in Atlanta suburbs
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Hybrid work model available for candidates with extensive experience
Base salary $75k - $120k plus commission (OTE + $50k - $100k year 1) Final salary determined by Hiring Manager
