Role Overview
Join a growing team to deliver industry‑leading IP and technology at AMD.
Collaborate with RTL, firmware, circuit, and architecture teams to develop cutting‑edge IPs.
Focus on functional verification, test development, debugging, and coverage analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain functional verification tests (directed and random).
Debug test failures, determine root causes, and resolve design/test issues with RTL/firmware engineers.
Work on functional and code coverage verification.
Provide technical support to other teams.
Preferred Experience
C/C++ programming
10+ years of ASIC design verification experience
Scripting in Python, Perl, TCL
Collaboration with architects, hardware, and firmware engineers
Design for Test (DFT) verification experience
Debugging firmware and RTL code using simulation tools
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
