They’re looking to bring on a Corporate Counsel with 3‑5 years of corporate transactional experience in either a law firm or in‑house setting to support their continued growth.

What you’ll do
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts
Ensure regulatory compliance across business operations
Manage corporate governance matters and support board activities
Advise on corporate transactions including M&A and joint ventures
Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to support strategic initiatives
What you’ll bring
1–3 years of experience in corporate transactions and general commercial legal work
Be barred to practice in Florida and/or ability to waive in as in‑house counsel
Strong ties to the Tampa Bay area
A proactive, business‑oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment
