Three Pillars Capital Group is a real estate private equity firm based in Houston, TX with over $600M+ in assets under management. We are a rapidly growing team and offer plenty of room for fast vertical advancement into upper management. You will work closely with upper management & ownership and be a part of the team.
Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
What You’ll Be Doing
Continuously improve traffic to the property via online & offline channels.
Schedule visits, tour apartments & convert prospects to residents. You will manage every lead from end to end.
Develop and implement marketing initiatives that increase qualified foot traffic to the property.
Actively work every month to retain existing tenants & reduce turnover.
Build excitement & demand around our communities & available apartments.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of active sales.
3+ years of marketing & social media experience.
A keen eye for design, creativity & audience engagement.
Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
