Director of Sales

Continuously improve traffic to the property via online & offline channels. Schedule visits, tour apartments & convert prospects to residents. You will manage every lead from end to end to get leases signed. Develop and implement marketing initiatives that increase qualified foot traffic to the property. Actively work every month to retain existing tenants and reduce turnover. Build excitement and demand around our communities and available apartments What We’re Looking For
3 years of active sales 3 years of marketing and social media experience Strong communication skills A keen eye for design, creativity, and audience engagement Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required Ready to Join a High-Energy, Fast-Growing Company?
