About the Opportunity We are partnering with a highly respected regional accounting firm that is expanding its leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Audit professional to join as an
Audit Director or Audit Partner
and play a key role in driving growth and excellence in the firm’s healthcare audit practice.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee audit engagements for healthcare clients, with a strong focus on
Medicare and Medicaid compliance .
Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to ensure audits meet regulatory standards and client expectations.
Manage and mentor audit teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on complex audit and compliance matters.
Contribute to business development initiatives, including expanding the firm’s healthcare audit practice.
Qualifications
12+ years of progressive audit experience, including leadership roles.
Deep expertise in Medicare and Medicaid audit requirements .
Proven ability to manage large, complex engagements and lead high‑performing teams.
Strong communication and client relationship skills.
Prior experience in a public accounting firm or healthcare‑focused audit environment preferred.
