Role Overview Conversive is seeking a VP of Product who will lead the charge in defining and executing our next-gen product strategy. You will shape our AI-based engagement platform, discover real-world market needs on the field, partner tightly with Marketing and GTM, and ensure our product lines drive revenue and market share gains. Potential to grow into a future CPO- a builder who can balance vision with execution, and who thrives at the intersection of Product, GTM, and Market Discovery. You will own the product portfolio end-to-end: Platform, CRM-native applications, AI capabilities, multi-channel orchestration, compliance, and partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Define and execute the multi-year product strategy for Conversive’s AI-driven conversational engagement platform.
Translate Conversive’s new brand and value proposition into a clear, differentiated product offering "on the shelf."
Identify new market opportunities in AI-led GTM, revenue acceleration, customer lifecycle automation, and verticalized use-cases.
Create a scalable multi-product portfolio with strong positioning, packaging, and pricing.
Customer & Market Discovery (On-Field Leadership) Engage with customers, prospects, analysts, and partners directly to uncover unmet market needs.
Validate problems and solutions rapidly using insights from sales cycles, renewals, and churn patterns.
Lead market sensing initiatives that inform roadmap and GTM priorities.
Act as the internal and external product evangelist for Conversive.
Roadmap Ownership & Cross-Functional Execution Own the roadmap and drive execution from concept → launch → adoption → revenue impact.
Partner closely with Engineering, AI/ML teams, Design, Marketing, and Customer GTM teams.
Build strong prioritization frameworks balancing customer value, speed-to-market, scalability, and revenue impact.
Launch products that directly support GTM motion, PLG expansion, and enterprise adoption.
GTM & Revenue Partnership Work with Marketing to create powerful product narratives, messaging, demos, and launch plans.
Align product roadmap with sales motions to win revenue, expand accounts, and increase market share.
Enable GTM teams with competitive insights, positioning, and value-selling tools.
Ensure product packaging and onboarding drive fast time-to-value and customer activation.
Drive development of AI-driven capabilities across the Conversive platform: conversation intelligence automated GTM workflows customer lifecycle orchestration smart routing predictive engagement
Evaluate emerging technologies and bring innovation to life with rapid experimentation.
Leadership & Team Development Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product organization.
Foster a culture of customer obsession, rapid iteration, and data-driven decision making.
Inspire cross-functional teams toward a unified product vision and delivery excellence.
Requirements
12+ years in product management, ideally across SaaS, CRM, CX, CPaaS, or Customer Engagement platforms.
Strong intersectional experience between Product & GTM.
Experience helping scale SaaS companies toward $50M–$100M+ revenue.
Demonstrated success in launching and scaling multi-product SaaS offerings.
Strong understanding of CRM ecosystems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
Must-Have Skills
Visionary product thinking with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
Strong customer discovery and market-research instincts—willing to be on-field.
Deep understanding of conversational engagement, workflows, and AI automation.
Ability to collaborate across GTM, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer teams.
Excellent communication and storytelling for internal and external audiences.
Preferred Skills
