A growing defense manufacture is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse activities, drive team performance, and ensure safe, accurate, and efficient operations. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage fast-paced logistics workflows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity

  • Train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates; assist with hiring and onboarding

  • Create and manage shift schedules based on operational demands

  • Review, audit, and approve labor, billing, and productivity reports

  • Maintain accurate data entry, daily work logs, and shift closeout records

  • Ensure customer service standards are met and issues are resolved promptly

  • Monitor compliance with safety policies, work rules, and operational procedures

  • Conduct regular safety meetings and reinforce safe work practices

  • Assist with site budgeting, P&L interpretation, and cost-control initiatives

  • Communicate with carriers, partners, and internal stakeholders as needed

  • Support continuous improvement and high-performance culture initiatives


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or industrial environment

  • Active Security Clearance OR VantageClear credential (required)

  • Proven success managing teams in a fast-paced setting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and make decisions quickly

  • Experience with performance tracking, labor reports, and operational metrics

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and related tools

  • Ability to operate or learn to operate material-handling equipment

  • Must be able to stand for long periods, work in varying temperatures, and lift up to 75 lbs
