Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher (doctorate preferred)
- 5+ years teaching/administrative experience in middle or upper school
- Expertise in curriculum, assessment, and academic operations
- Strong data and technology skills

Role Summary
The Dean of Academics leads all aspects of the school’s academic program, ensuring high-quality curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Reporting to the Associate Heads of School, the Dean oversees academic operations, course scheduling, student placement, and program coherence across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead academic vision, curriculum alignment, and professional development
- Use data to drive instructional improvement
- Oversee student placement, transcripts, exams, and graduation requirements
- Manage dual-credit partnerships and the Senior Capstone Program
- Coordinate enrichment opportunities (CTY/CTD/GOA)
