Master’s degree or higher (doctorate preferred)
5+ years teaching/administrative experience in middle or upper school
Expertise in curriculum, assessment, and academic operations

Role Summary The Dean of Academics leads all aspects of the school’s academic program, ensuring high-quality curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Reporting to the Associate Heads of School, the Dean oversees academic operations, course scheduling, student placement, and program coherence across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead academic vision, curriculum alignment, and professional development
Use data to drive instructional improvement
Oversee student placement, transcripts, exams, and graduation requirements
Manage dual-credit partnerships and the Senior Capstone Program
Coordinate enrichment opportunities (CTY/CTD/GOA)
