SQL ,
SSRS , and
Excel Familiarity with
ERP systems
(Epicor preferred) Basic understanding of databases and reporting concepts Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users Comfortable working with
manufacturing and finance teams Nice-to-Have: Experience with
Power BI
