Base pay range
$250,000.00/yr - $450,000.00/yr

Our client is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney/ Partner who has extensive experience in acquisition/dispositions, joint ventures, preferred equity, sales and financing. Book of business is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
- Senior level experience in commercial real estate sales, financing, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development and drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements
- Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing complex commercial real estate agreements and contracts.
- Representing clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, contract preparation, and finalizing of transactions.
- Advising clients on debt and equity financing matters, and structuring and negotiating financial terms.
- Collaborating with other attorneys and professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client service.
- Keeping abreast of current trends and legal developments in commercial real estate law and advising clients accordingly.
- Engaging in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and reputation in the commercial real estate sector.
