They are hiring a Case Intake Manager to lead and scale their intake operations from the ground up. This is an in-house role ideal for a seasoned case manager from a plaintiff-side firm who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments and is excited to build something meaningful from day one.

What You'll Do
- Design and launch high-performing intake funnels for mass tort and class action campaigns
- Screen leads, vet eligibility, and secure signed retainers
- Maintain full compliance with TCPA, HIPAA, attorney advertising, and bar rules
- Track KPIs and optimize conversion rates, response time, and intake quality
- Build and manage a high-performing intake team as the company scales
- Collaborate with engineers, attorneys, and marketing to improve client workflows
You Bring
- 3+ years of case intake experience in mass tort, personal injury, or consumer class action law
- Expertise with plaintiff-side intake workflows and qualification criteria
- Hands-on experience with CRMs such as Litify, Law Ruler, or HubSpot
- A sharp operational mindset and strong data tracking instincts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A bachelor’s degree from a top university
- Demonstrated longevity in previous roles
Bonus Points For
- Experience in startups, legal tech, or fast-scaling environments
- Fluency in Spanish or other secondary languages
- Local to the San Francisco Bay Area

This role reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with executive leadership.
