Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Be part of a national firm that provides resources, support, and empathy, prioritizing a balanced and progressive work environment.
• Join the General Liability & Construction Defect team as an Associate Attorney (2nd–6th year).
• Collaborate with a robust team to support and mentor attorneys across California.

Qualifications

• Experience in general liability and/or construction defect matters.
• A license to practice in California.
• Preference for Northern California-based candidates, though open to others across California offices.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: Up to $180,000
• Bonus: $2,500–$20,000+ based on performance
• Billable target: 1900 hours, including 50 hours of pro bono
• Unlimited PTO, annual review cycle, and year-end compensation updates
