ADP is hiring a Human Resources Consultant in the Pleasanton/San Francisco Bay/Fresno area to manage an external book of business. The role will oversee a client book split between Fresno (about 50%) and the San Francisco Bay Area.

In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, using your HR experience, ADP product expertise, and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.
Responsibilities
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex client issues related to ADP products and technologies.
- Communicate and exceed client expectations, prioritizing, organizing, and following up promptly.
- Provide recommendations and educate clients and internal teams on best practices and solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Located in the Pleasanton, San Francisco Bay, Fresno, Milpitas, or San Jose, CA area and able to manage an external client territory.
- At least 5‑8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience in a systems‑related organization.
- At least 5‑8 years of experience in a customer‑service or human‑resources environment, with a proven ability to produce positive results.
- A college degree is preferred but not required; military experience is acceptable.

- HR certification or willingness to pursue certification in the first year.

Compensation
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
USD $59,100.00 – $120,200.00 per year*
