ADP is hiring a Human Resources Consultant in the Pleasanton/San Francisco Bay/Fresno area to manage an external book of business. The role will oversee a client book split between Fresno (about 50%) and the San Francisco Bay Area.

In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, using your HR experience, ADP product expertise, and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges. You carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

What You Can Expect On a Typical Day
Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve . You will serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies. You will solve client problems -- taking a broad perspective to identify solutions. You will work independently to resolve issues. You will also work proactively with clients to provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations. You will use your strong interpersonal skills, HR, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues. You will set priorities,organizeyour day,multi-task,change direction,andprovide promptfollow-up.You will strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction. You hold yourself to the highest ethical standards and live ADP's core value of Integrity is Everything.
Provide Recommendations and Educate. You will interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients. You will share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
  • Candidate must be located in the Pleasanton, San Francisco Bay, Fresno, Milpitas, San Jose, CA area as they will be required to manage an external client territory/book of business within the area. Will be a hybrid work model. (Remote, Field, Preferably Pleasanton Office).
  • At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results

  • Experience noted above, OR

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $59,100.00 - USD $120,200.00 / Year*
  • Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
