Veeco’s San Jose facility is a vibrant hub where advanced lithography and annealing technologies drive industry leadership and growth. As one of two HR Business Partners onsite, you’ll collaborate to deliver high-impact HR solutions, working side-by-side with manufacturing, engineering, product support, and more.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or other relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of direct HR experience as anHR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager is required. A professional HR certification is preferred. An equivalent combination of training experience may be considered.
Ability to be onsite 4 days a week.

- Enjoyment working with a diverse employee population, including exempt and non-exempt staff
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and California employment law
- Strong judgment, situational awareness, analysis, and decision-making skills
- ERP experience is strongly preferred (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.)
- Good computer skills (e.g., MS Office suite of products)
- Excellent influencing, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate, organize, and manage programs/projects in a global environment
- Skill at fostering healthy working relationships at all levels
- Personal attributes: Self-starter, detail-oriented, thrives managing multiple priorities with limited resources, and enjoys both tactical (administrative) and strategic work
