Qualifications
- 3–4 years of law firm experience in intellectual property matters, with emphasis on copyright litigation
- Technology-related litigation experience (software, platforms, AI, or digital media)
- California Bar required (or eligibility to practice in California)
- Stellar research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Sound judgment, business awareness, and team-first approach
