3–4 years of law firm experience in intellectual property matters, with emphasis on copyright litigation Technology-related litigation experience (software, platforms, AI, or digital media) California Bar required (or eligibility to practice in California) Stellar research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Sound judgment, business awareness, and team-first approach Culture & Firm Appeal
