Job Description We are seeking a reliable and experienced pharmacist to join our team. This role involves verifying prescriptions, counseling patients, managing inventory, and participating in non-sterile compounding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a supportive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities Accurately verify and dispense prescriptions Provide patient counseling on medication use and safety Oversee daily pharmacy operations and support technicians Participate in the preparation of non-sterile compounded medications Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and DEA regulations Maintain accurate documentation and quality control records Support training, process improvements, and team development Collaborate with leadership on service and workflow enhancements
Qualifications Active Florida pharmacist license Willing to obtain Tennessee and Texas licenses within 90 days 2+ years of pharmacy experience (compounding experience a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work well in a team-oriented setting
