System-Level Integration: Advise on integrating ATCA’s brain health model into broader healthcare systems, referral networks, and payer environments while maintaining continuity of care. Precision Medicine Enablement: Guide how AI-driven insights, biomarkers, imaging, and longitudinal patient data can be operationalized within a system-level brain health framework. Care Continuum Strategy: Support the development of end-to-end brain health pathways that span early detection, intervention, treatment optimization, and long-term monitoring. Quality & Outcomes Oversight: Review aggregated, de-identified outcomes data to ensure system-wide quality, safety, and continuous improvement across clinics. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, technologists, administrators, and executive leadership to align system design with real-world clinical operations. Innovation & Future-State Planning: Provide insight into emerging brain health models, population health approaches, and system-level innovations that may inform ATCA’s long-term roadmap.

Why Join Us? Transform Patient Outcomes: Help advance a model of Alzheimer’s care that prioritizes early detection, prevention, and coordinated primary care involvement.
