Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and bilingual
Clinician
to join our team in Robstown, TX. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality behavioral health services and guiding clinical staff in providing trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to supporting vulnerable populations through evidence-based practices. Required to travel to the assigned work location, scheduled trainings, and conferences. Benefits:

✅ Qualifications Required: Must be
fully bilingual in Spanish and English . Education/Experience (One of the following is required): A
master’s degree in social work
with two (2) years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience. Or, a
master's or Ph.D. in psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science
with clinical experience as a program requirement, AND two (2) years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience. Or, a
bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of clinical employment experience
in the behavioral sciences. Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of related direct service clinical experience is required. Strong understanding of
trauma-informed care
and behavioral health best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Commitment to ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct clinical services,
including individual, family, and group therapy to clients. Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
to determine client needs and diagnoses. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
using evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
(e.g., medical staff, case managers) to coordinate holistic care and improve service delivery. Participate in clinical case reviews
and team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment strategies. Provide crisis intervention services
as needed to ensure client safety and stability. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
and uphold confidentiality following HIPAA and organizational policies.
Core Competencies: Clinical expertise in behavioral health
and trauma-informed care. Effective therapeutic relationship-building
and communication skills. Able to
effectively communicate in Spanish and English . High level of professionalism and integrity. Effective
problem-solving and clinical decision-making skills . Ability to manage multiple client cases and documentation priorities. Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to equity in care.
