Base Pay Range
$110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Manage month-end, quarter-end, year-end close processes
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, journal entries
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
Implement process improvements and efficiencies across accounting workflows
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPA-track preferred)
5+ years of progressive accounting experience; 2+ years in supervisory role
Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
Excellent communication, analytical, problem‑solving abilities
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
