About The Role
Rippling is looking for a highly organized, communicative, and experienced Recruiting Coordinator to successfully schedule interviews in our high‑volume and fast‑paced environment on behalf of Rippling. The role will be tasked with providing a world class candidate experience at every step of the interview process from gathering availability, to scheduling follow‑up interviews.
What you will do
Schedule a high volume of both virtual and in‑person interviews for any of the technical and non‑technical open roles across the company
Provide support for our North America, Europe, and Australia based recruiting teams
Work cross‑functionally across all teams and levels at Rippling while providing effective communication to both internal and external stakeholders
Deliver a strong candidate experience in conjunction with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers
Utilize data as a north star while running an efficient process through our applicant tracking system and ticketing tools effectively
What You Will Need
Experience in a recruiting coordination or scheduling‑focused role
Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment
